Within the space of 3 months, I went from working full time in a job I didn’t want to be in, had not practiced RTT for 18 months and had lost all confidence. The thought of starting again seemed impossible and doing sessions filled me with dread, I really didn’t believe in myself. Wind forward I have totally overcome all my fears. I have done loads of amazing sessions with incredible testimonials and I love doing them! I totally believe in myself.
